Each January, churches across our nation pause to recognize Sanctity of Human Life Sunday, a day set aside to reflect on the God-given value of every human life. Established in 1984, this observance is typically held on the third Sunday of January, near the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
Sanctity of Human Life Sunday is an opportunity for the Church to prayerfully acknowledge the realities faced by women, men, and families impacted by abortion—and to remember that every life, born and unborn, is precious and worthy of protection.

God created humans to reflect His image and likeness. All human life is sacred from conception to natural or accidental death.
Hope Pregnancy Center is a local Christ-centered ministry that serves women and their families facing an unplanned pregnancy with free medical care and compassionate support. Hope shares the gospel with clients and seeks to connect clients to local Christian churches. For the last 39 years, Hope Pregnancy Center has offered women and their families a safe place to find life-affirming care and support. In 2009 we added Medical Services to the center and we have both Medical Staff and a Medical Director. In more recent years we have added services such as support for men and post-partum care to our list of services. As we have grown and adapted to meet the needs of our community, our mission has remained the same- to reflect and proclaim the love of Christ.
Our partnership with churches and like-minded community members has been an integral part of changing lives. Every time you pray and every time you give, you help make sacred work possible. Our holistic approach reflects four key ministry areas: Prevention, Intervention, Church, and Transformation. Whether it’s teaching students about healthy choices, walking alongside clients with compassion, equipping churches with truth, or mentoring families toward healing and growth, each ministry plays a vital role in meeting people where they are and offering both practical and eternal hope for the future. Our ministry program, Thrive Healthy Relationship Education (THRIVE), seeks to advance whole-person wellness for teens by equipping them to navigate choices, pressures, and values that shape their future relationships and outcomes. Through honest conversations, factual information, and proven prevention models, THRIVE opens the door to healthier thinking around common teen experiences — promoting sexual integrity, preventing abuse, and supporting emotional and mental well-being.
Our intervention ministry provides free, confidential medical services- including pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, and options education- in a safe environment where every woman is seen, supported, and cared for with dignity. We believe that every life is sacred and that every woman deserves the opportunity to experience hope and healing through the love of Jesus. Our trained medical staff and advocates walk alongside each client, offering practical help, emotional support, and biblical guidance so that abortion becomes unnecessary and life is celebrated. For the Church, this mission is an extension of the Gospel — meeting both physical and spiritual needs while pointing every heart to abundant life in Christ. Together, we can ensure that truth is spoken, compassion is shown, and every woman knows she is not alone.
We believe real change happens through relationship- a Gospel-centered walk that leads to healing, growth, and lasting transformation. Our Transformation Ministries exist to meet families not only in crisis, but through the months and years that follow, helping them build strong foundations rooted in Christ.
Through our Healing Hearts post-abortion ministry, women are invited to experience true forgiveness and restoration through the grace of Jesus. In these Christ-centered support groups, hearts are healed, burdens are lifted, and lives are renewed by the power of the Gospel.
Our Earn While You Learn program equips parents with practical skills and biblical wisdom for raising their children with confidence and love. As they complete classes, participants earn items from our Blessings Boutique—everything from diapers and baby clothes to car seats and supplies—ensuring that no family walks this journey alone.
Each of these ministries reflects our deep conviction that when families are equipped, encouraged, and embraced in the love of Christ, they are empowered to make life-affirming choices and experience the abundant life God desires for them.
Our Church Ministries exist to come alongside pastors, leaders, and congregations, equipping them to engage boldly and biblically on issues of life, sexuality, identity, and the Gospel.
We teach a biblical view of God’s image and design for life, and our goal is to help our churches navigate these complex conversations with both truth and grace.
Our THRIVE Ministry offers specialized programs for youth groups, Christian schools, and homeschool co-ops. These trainings empower young people to understand their identity in Christ, make wise choices about relationships and sexuality, and become a generation that champions life and wholeness.
